Screen Dance International is excited to celebrate its fifth year in 2022! Your tax deductible donation to Screen Dance International (a 501(c) non-profit organization), supports dance films and filmmakers while promoting the creation and cultivation of making dance films. SDI is grateful for any donation amount, which will go directly to the support of artists and the screening of dance films. SDI uses its platform to support dance filmmakers, cultivate creativity, promote dance arts, and showcase diversity in the making and screening of dance films. SDI is a strong believer in utilizing our digital platform and medium to connect cultures, encourage conversations, and provide inspiration to all. SDI supports a wide range of movement forms including street dance, contemporary dance, ballet, dance theatre, jazz, tap, animation, experimental and other forms of movement of interest to the filmmaker.

Screen Dance International partners for the 5th year in a row with Detroit Dance City Festival and ArtLab J, both at the Detroit Institute of Arts and online. SDI connects filmmakers with audiences around the globe through its adjudicated screenings of dance films.
